I am so happy you’re here! A little about me-

Professionally, I am a Master’s level Therapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. Throughout my career, I’ve helped my clients navigate their neurodivergence which often comes out in struggles of self-worth, relationship challenges, life transitions, and repeating cycles that keep them stuck.

In this space, I step into the role of a life coach, creating a space where you can find support, connection, and empowerment in a way that feels natural and with less pressure.

On a personal level, I am just a girl who was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism in my late 20’s. The more I learn, the more I understand myself and feel passionate to help others do the same. I have learned to accept what society has considered flaws like needing extra time to process change, running late, and being “messy.” Accepting the difference in my brain has also allowed me to see my strengths of feeling emotions deeply, slowing down in a world that rewards intensity, and taking space to process my experiences for everything that they are.

I’m not perfect but what I do know is that making space for yourself can validate your unique ND experience by taking off the mask one step at a time to create a softer life for you.

Let’s start today.
