Welcome to the Neurodivergent Book Club!
What to expect:
A flexible, no-shame structure (we'll always recap chapters!)
Authentic Conversations: Topics and skills are provided by the book but ultimately, each session is shaped by what matters most to the individuals in the group.
Mutual Support: Share work and life experiences, learn from other’s journeys, and feel less isolated in your own. A space where lateness, tangents, and fidgeting are welcome!
Ideal for:
Neurospicy (Or ND curious) humans looking for connection and community without pressure or performance.
Current Read- How to ADHD, written by Jessica McCabe:
“This book was written by and for ADHD brains. That said, ADHD brains often struggle to read books. We tend to get distracted (or bored), forget what we just read, lose our place, or stare at the same wall of text for five minutes, unable to actually read it.
For this reason, I was determined to write this book in a way that is ADHD friendly. The pages have a lot of white space, the paragraphs are short, and it even feels good to hold.”
Disclaimer: While I am a licensed therapist, this group is offered in my role das a life coach and is not substitute for therapy, counseling or medical advice. This is a space for personal growth, support, and empowerment, not clinical.
